It also relieves symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, stomach pain, or irritation by reducing the production of acid in the stomach.Ontix RD 4mg/10mg Tablet is taken without food, following the dosage and duration recommended by your doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you discontinue treatment prematurely, there is a risk of symptom recurrence and worsening of your condition. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.The most common side effects are diarrhea, stomach pain, constipation, flatulence, headache, and fatigue.
