In Pain relief Novaflam-Plus Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. It also helps to manage short term symptoms such as back pain, toothache or pain in the ear and throat. It works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and swelling. Novaflam-Plus Tablet also reduces fever associated with any painful conditions. This medicine does not cause acidity due to the presence of Magnesium oxide in it.

How to use
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Novaflam-Plus Tablet is to be taken with food.
How it works
Novaflam-Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Magnesium Oxide which relieve pain. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Oxide is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Ibuprofen.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Novaflam-Plus Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Novaflam-Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Novaflam-Plus Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

However, the use of Novaflam-Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Novaflam-Plus Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
