How it works
Motizex Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Doxylamine and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), which treats nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy. Doxylamine is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby controlling nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is a form of vitamin B which possesses anti-nausea properties.
Caution: It is important to consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption while taking Motizex Tablet .
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Motizex Tablet is safe to use during pregnancy. Most studies have shown low or no risk to the developing baby.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Motizex Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Larger doses or prolonged use of Motizex Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
Not Safe: Motizex Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Motizex Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Motizex Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Motizex Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
