In Treatment of Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)Pulmonary arterial hypertension can cause shortness of breath, tiredness, dizziness, chest pain and swelling in your ankles and legs. It is caused by thickening of walls of the arteries that supply your lungs making it hard for blood to get through. Longtid 20 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing blood vessels and can help lower the blood pressure in the arteries of your lungs. You will be able to carry out your daily activities more easily and feel less tired or dizzy. Take it regularly, as prescribed even if you think it is not working or if you feel better. In Treatment of Erectile dysfunction Longtid 20 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis. This allows blood to flow into the penis and produce an erection when sexually aroused. This medicine will only help get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. How to use Longtid Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Longtid 20 Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

How Longtid Tablet works Longtid 20 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Longtid 20 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it�s easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Longtid 20 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Longtid 20 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Breast feeding

Information regarding the use of Longtid 20 Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.Longtid 20 Tablet is not indicated for use in women.

Driving

Longtid 20 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Longtid 20 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Longtid 20 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Longtid 20 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Longtid 20 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Longtid 20 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If a dose of Longtid 20 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

It is best to take�it�an hour before sexual intercourse. But, you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity. Do not take it more than once a day. Do not use Longtid 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain). It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse. Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse. Do not use Longtid 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain), if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
