In Pain relief Haledol-SP Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It helps reduce pain and swelling in conditions like back ache, joint pain, muscle pain, menstrual pain and toothache. Along with painkillers, this medicine also contains an active ingredient called Serratiopeptidase, which is an enzyme that promotes the overall healing process and speeds up recovery. Haledol-SP Tablet might also reduce fever associated with muscle pain.
Side Effects

How to use
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Haledol-SP Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
Haledol-SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Tramadol, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Tramadol is an opoid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol is an analgesic and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
