It is effective in relieving pain caused by headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, sore throat, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis and muscle aches. To obtain the maximum benefit, follow the prescribed instructions precisely. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. In Treatment of Fever Gracimol MF Oral Suspension is also used to reduce a high temperature (fever). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
How can I give Gracimol MF Oral Suspension to my child?Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Gracimol MF Oral Suspension contains Mefenamic acid and paracetamol as its active ingredients. Both these ingredients are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Gracimol MF Oral Suspension works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Caution Advised: Gracimol MF Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Gracimol MF Oral Suspension may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Gracimol MF Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Gracimol MF Oral Suspension is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Gracimol MF Oral Suspension is recommended. Regular monitoring of the liver by getting liver function tests (LFT) is recommended if your child is taking Gracimol MF Oral Suspension for a long time.
If a dose of Gracimol MF Oral Suspension is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
