How Decolic Injection works Decolic 40mg/2ml Injection is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Alcohol

Not Safe: Consuming alcohol with Decolic 40mg/2ml Injection may lead to excessive drowsiness.

Pregnancy

Decolic 40mg/2ml Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Breast feeding

Decolic 40mg/2ml Injection is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

It is not known whether Decolic 40mg/2ml Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney

Avoid doing things that may cause you to overheat such as exercise. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Decolic 40mg/2ml Injection as it can cause excessive drowsiness and increase your risk of stomach problems. Inform your doctor if you experience severe or long-lasting pain in your stomach.
