How it works
Atherochek 10 Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Atorvastatin, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-Co A-reductase) that is required to make cholesterol. It thus lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid provide essential nutrients.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Atherochek 10 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Not Safe: Atherochek 10 Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Atherochek 10 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

What if I forget to take it?
