• Simvastatin: High doses of Simvastatin (above 20mg) should be avoided when taking Amlokos 5mg Tablet 10s, as it increases the risk of muscle problems (myopathy/rhabdomyolysis) from the statin.

• Severe Hypotension: Must be used with caution in patients who already have severely low blood pressure.
• Congestive Heart Failure (CHF): Use with caution, particularly in patients with severe obstructive coronary artery disease or severe aortic stenosis.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose (more than 12 hours late). If it is close to the next dose, skip the missed one and continue your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at once.
