Vomilow Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vomilow Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Vomilow Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
