Tidomet Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levodopa and Carbidopa which treats Parkinsonism. Carbidopa is a peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor which prevents breakdown of levodopa allowing it to enter the brain and increase dopamine levels.
