This may be part of a complete treatment program that also includes counseling and lifestyle changes. Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet is only prescribed to individuals who are at least 16 years of age or above. It may be habit-forming and should be taken only as directed by your doctor. The medicine may be a part of your treatment which could include receiving social and psychological support. It can be taken with or without food. You should continue taking this medicine regularly until the doctor tells you it is alright to stop. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective. Some common side effects of this medicine include weakness, drug withdrawal syndrome, anxiety, nervousness, dizziness, headache, sleepiness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. With prolonged use, the body may become dependent on them and cause withdrawal symptoms, which makes it difficult to stop taking them. Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet helps prevent these cravings that lead to opioid dependence and also helps the person to refrain from taking them repeatedly.

Alcohol
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Pregnancy

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Breast feeding

Driving
Not Safe: Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
Caution Advised: Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
Caution Advised: Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Tidigesic 0.2mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with serious liver disease.
