In Hypertension (high blood pressure)Telnoss CT Tablet is a combination of two medicines namely Telmisartan and chlorthalidone. It is generally used when one medicine alone is not controlling your blood pressure effectively. Telmisartan works by relaxing and widening your blood vessels so your blood can flow more easily. This will lower your blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is known as a diuretic (water pill) which increases urine output thereby lowering blood pressure. If your blood pressure is controlled you are less at risk of having a heart attack, stroke, or kidney problems. The medicine must be taken regularly as prescribed to be effective. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well.

Telnoss CT Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Telnoss CT Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Telnoss CT Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Telnoss CT Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Telnoss CT Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Telnoss CT Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Telnoss CT Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Telnoss CT Tablet is not recommended in these patients.

If a dose of Telnoss CT Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
