How Taffic Tablet works Taffic Tablet is a combination of three anti HIV medications. Bictegravir is an integrase strand transfer inhibitor that prevents HIV replication. Emtricitabine and tenofovir alafenamide inhibit viral enzyme called reverse transcriptase and viral DNA synthesis, preventing HIV replication.

If you are taking an antacid containing calcium, magnesium, aluminum, or sucralfate, take Taffic Tablet on an empty stomach 2 hours before you take the antacid or sucralfate. If you are taking an iron or a calcium supplement, take it at the same time as Taffic Tablet along with food. Do not stop taking Taffic Tablet without first talking to your doctor.
