Suviray Injection is a calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor antagonist. It is used in the preventive treatment of migraine in adults. It works by blocking the receptors for the protein CGRP, thought to play a major role in starting migraines. Suviray Injection is given as an injection in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm subcutaneously. Before administering the injection, allow the medicine to be at room temperature for at least 30 minutes protected from direct sunlight.
