Rafinlar 75mg Capsule is used alone or in combination with other medicines to treat a type of skin cancer called melanoma. Take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Use a reliable contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy while you are taking this medicine and for 4 months after you stop taking it. Inform your doctor if you get headaches, stomach pain or if you notice blood in your urine or stools. Get regular eye examinations while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you get eye irritation, blurred vision, eye pain or other vision changes during your treatment. Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms of liver damage such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, darkened urine or yellowing of the eyes or skin.
