Qinomil-OZ Tablet helps to treat diarrhea that is caused due to bacteria or parasitic worm infections. Qinomil-OZ Tablet also contains beneficial bacteria that protect the inner layers of your stomach and intestines. This medicine can relieve frequent loose motions and also help you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and you should drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated. In Dysentery Dysentery or amoebic dysentery is a parasitic infection of the intestines that occurs mostly due to intake of contaminated food or water. The symptoms include loose stools (diarrhea), stomach cramps and stomach pain. Qinomil-OZ Tablet helps to treat this infection by killing the infection causing parasites. It relieves these symptoms and also helps you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and you should drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Qinomil-OZ Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Lactobacillus, Ofloxacin, Ornidazole and Saccharomyces boulardii. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic which kills the bacteria and other microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively. Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces boulardii are live microorganisms which restore the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.
