Astaxanthin is an antioxidant that helps to reduce free radicals present in the body. Vitamin K2-7 supplementation helps in ameliorating peripheral neuropathy, reducing bone fracture risk and improving cardiovascular health. Zinc is needed for the body's immune system to work properly. It plays a role in growth, wound healing, and maintaining gut health. Zinc is also required for the senses of taste and smell.
