It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused by cancer chemotherapy and radiation treatment (in adults and children aged 4 years and older). It is usually taken both before and after chemotherapy or radiation. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably from these treatments. It is also effective at preventing nausea and vomiting after an operation (in adults only). The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always take this medicine as it is prescribed.

How to use Ondacube Oral Solution Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Ondacube Syrup can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Ondacube Oral Solution works During radiotherapy, chemotherapy, abdominal infection, or any major surgeries, the dead cells in the body start releasing a chemical called serotonin directly into the blood. Later, this stimulates special centers in the body that are responsible for inducing vomiting in your child. Giving Ondacube Syrup just before the procedure helps block the effect of this chemical on vomiting centers of the brain and prevents vomiting.
Safe: No harmful side effects are associated with consuming alcohol alongside Ondacube Syrup
Ondacube Syrup is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Ondacube Syrup is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Ondacube Syrup does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Ondacube Syrup is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Ondacube Syrup is recommended.
Ondacube Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ondacube Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.In severe liver disease, do not exceed the prescribed dose and consult your child�s doctor.
Stay calm. Administer the missed dose once recalled. But if it's nearly time for the next one, skip the missed dose. Never double up on doses and stick to the prescribed dosing plan.
