How to use Noco Syrup Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Noco Syrup can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Noco Syrup works Noco Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Phenylpropanolamine and Cetirizine which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol is a analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetic agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Noco Syrup as it is deemed unsafe.
Noco Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Noco Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Noco Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Noco Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Noco Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Noco Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
If a dose of Noco Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
