In Vomiting Nausifar MPS Tablet blocks the action of chemicals in the body that can make you feel or be sick. It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused due to some medicines or cancer treatment. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably from cancer treatments such as radiation therapy or chemotherapy. It is also effective at preventing nausea and vomiting after an operation (in adults only). The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always take this medicine as it is prescribed.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nausifar MPS Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Nausifar MPS Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Metoclopramide and simethicone. Metoclopramide is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Nausifar MPS Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Nausifar MPS Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Nausifar MPS Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Not Safe: Nausifar MPS Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Nausifar MPS Tablet may cause drowsiness, dizziness, dyskinesia and dystonias which could affect the vision and may interfere with the ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Nausifar MPS Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nausifar MPS Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Nausifar MPS Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Nausifar MPS Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Nausifar MPS Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
