It also reduces pain and fever that may accompany a cold. Magnesium Trisilicate, an antacid present in Napain Plus Tablet prevents acidity that may occur due to this medicine. This medicine usually starts to work within a few minutes and the effects can last up to several hours. It is important to stay hydrated and take enough rest to ease the symptoms of common cold.
