Markodin Syrup is a pain relieving medicine. It helps to relieve moderate to severe pain. It is also used for treatment of dry cough. It provides temporary relief from the cough or similar upper respiratory symptoms associated with allergy or common cold. Markodin Syrup is only prescribed to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or above. It may be habit forming and should be taken only as directed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective. Some common side effects of this medicine include drowsiness, lightheadedness, dizziness, sedation, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, and sweating.
