Pain relief

In Pain relief Lorox SP Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It gives relief from muscle and back pain, or pain in the ear and throat. Lorox SP Tablet is also used for the management of pain in patients after dental surgery. It works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and swelling. By reducing pain, it improves the quality of your life. Lorox SP Tablet also reduces fever associated with the above painful conditions. This medicine also contains an active ingredient called Serratiopeptidase, which is an enzyme that promotes the overall healing process and speeds up recovery.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Indigestion']

Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lorox SP Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Lorox SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Lornoxicam, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase which relieve pain. Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Lorox SP Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Lorox SP Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Information regarding the use of Lorox SP Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

Not Safe: Lorox SP Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Lorox SP Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Lorox SP Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Lorox SP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lorox SP Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Lorox SP Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Lorox SP Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Lorox SP Tablet is used to treat various painful conditions. Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Inform your doctor if you have or ever had ulcers in your stomach or intestines. Inform your doctor if you are planning to have an operation (even a minor one, such as tooth extraction) since Lorox SP Tablet might increase the risk of bleeding.
