This medicine will kill the cancerous cells and prevent their further growth as well as spread to other parts of the body. Follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get the most benefit. Supplements of calcium and Vitamin D3 are also effective and may be prescribed if you do not have high blood calcium levels.

Driving

Not Safe: Kyprolis 60mg Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Kyprolis 60mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Kyprolis 60mg Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Kyprolis 60mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Kyprolis 60mg Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Store in a refrigerator (2 - 8�C). Do not freeze.

Kyprolis 60mg Injection is given as an infusion into the vein ( IV infusion) under the supervision of a doctor only. Do not skip any dose and complete the course as suggested by your doctor. Use an effective method of birth control to avoid pregnancy while taking this medication. You may need to have blood tests to monitor your blood cells, platelets count, liver function and kidney function during treatment. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice unusual bruising or bleeding or if you have dark, tarry, or bloody stools and sore throat. Let your doctor know if you notice chest pains, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dizziness and swelling of feet.
