In Pain relief Ketanov Injection belongs to a group of medicines called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It is given as an injection by your healthcare provider and should not be self-administered.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.
Ketanov Injection is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Caution: It is important to consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption while taking Ketanov Injection .
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Ketanov Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Caution Advised: Ketanov Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Not Safe: Ketanov Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Ketanov Injection may make you feel dizzy, tired or drowsy, you may also get headaches, visual disturbances, vertigo or have difficulty sleeping. This may affect your driving ability.
Caution Advised: Ketanov Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ketanov Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Ketanov Injection is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Caution Advised: Ketanov Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ketanov Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Ketanov Injection is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease. Inform your doctor if you develop any signs or symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine.
If you forget a dose of Ketanov Injection , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.
