In Hypertension (high blood pressure) Doxacard 2 Tablet works by relaxing your blood vessels and making it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body. This lowers blood pressure. If your blood pressure is controlled, you are less at risk of having a heart attack, stroke, or kidney problems. The medicine must be taken regularly as prescribed to be effective. You may not feel the immediate benefit after taking the medicine, however, it works in the long term to keep you well.
Side Effects
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
How to use
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Doxacard 2 Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
Doxacard 2 Tablet is an alpha-blocker. It lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. It also relaxes the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate, which makes it easier to urinate.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Doxacard 2 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Doxacard 2 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Not Safe: Doxacard 2 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Doxacard 2 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Doxacard 2 Tablet is recommended. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Caution Advised: Doxacard 2 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Doxacard 2 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Doxacard 2 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If you forget a dose of Doxacard 2 Tablet , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.
