How to use Sorbizex Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sorbizex 10 Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
How Sorbizex Tablet works Sorbizex 10 Tablet is a nitrate. It dilates peripheral arteries and veins. Dilation of the veins promotes peripheral pooling of blood and decreases venous return to the heart, thereby reducing workload of heart. As a result, the heart muscle does not need as much blood and oxygen supply.
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Sorbizex 10 Tablet , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.
Sorbizex 10 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Information regarding the use of Sorbizex 10 Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.
Sorbizex 10 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Sorbizex 10 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Sorbizex 10 Tablet is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Sorbizex 10 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
