Folinow NVP Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Folinow NVP Tablet works Folinow NVP Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Doxylamine, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Methylcobalamin which treat nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy. Doxylamine is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby controlling nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a form of vitamin B which possesses anti-nausea properties. L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Methylcobalamin provide essential nutrients.

Folinow NVP Tablet is safe to use during pregnancy. Most studies have shown low or no risk to the developing baby.
Folinow NVP Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.Larger doses or prolonged use of Folinow NVP Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
Folinow NVP Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Folinow NVP Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Folinow NVP Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
