Since the early stages of his academic journey, Syed has been actively involved in the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain. His hands-on experience in category management has allowed him to play a key role in improving data accuracy and streamlining digital product workflows. He has a strong interest in Product Information Management (PIM) and business analytics, contributing to data-driven decisions that positively impact customer experience and operational excellence.
