Apart from using Pycident Toothpaste, maintain good oral hygeine by brushing your teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening). Always use a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush with gentle strokes. Reduce the intake of sweet and acidic food until you are completely relieved from pain and sensitivity. Have regular dental checkups at intervals recommended by your dentist (this is normally at least once a year).
