How Mariliv Oral Suspension works Mariliv Oral Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Silymarin and Tricholine Citrate. Silymarin is an antioxidant which works by protecting the liver from harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Tricholine Citrate is a bile acid binding agent. It removes bile acids from the body. The liver then produces more bile acids using cholesterol, as a result, the levels of cholesterol in the body is lowered.
