K Shine Soap is also an effective treatment for scalp psoriasis and reduces dryness, itchiness and scaling on the scalp. Wash your skin with a mild cleanser and pat it dry before applying K Shine Soap. Apply it as a thin layer onto a clean, dry, unbroken infected area of skin. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the cream in these areas. Don't cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects. After you have applied K Shine Soap, remember to wash your hands (unless your hands are the treated area). Use a mild moisturizer regularly to overcome skin dryness during the course of treatment.
