In Treatment of Insomnia Zobara Tablet is a combination of two medicines that helps treat insomnia (difficulty falling or staying asleep) in people who have problems related to their sleeping habits. Insomnia may cause you to wake up earlier than usual and you may find it difficult to go back to sleep. It works by slowing down the abnormal activity of nerves in the brain to allow sleep. It also improves the sleep-wake cycle and restores it to normal. This helps you relax, feel calm, and more energetic. It also helps you concentrate better and improves your quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zobara Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Zobara Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alprazolam and melatonin, which helps you sleep. Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Zobara Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Zobara Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zobara Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
Caution Advised: Zobara Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zobara Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. There is very limited experience on use of Zobara Tablet in patients with underlying liver disease.
If a dose of Zobara Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
