Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Driving

Not Safe: Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. There is very limited experience on use of Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet in patients with underlying liver disease.

If a dose of Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

It can take a week or two after starting this treatment before the effect begins to build up, and 4-6 weeks before you feel the full benefit. Do not stop taking it after a week or two, feeling it is not helping. Do not stop taking Bioclock 0.5mg/3mg Tablet unless your doctor tells you to do so. Stopping treatment suddenly can cause problems and your doctor will probably want you to reduce your dose gradually when this becomes necessary. Try to keep your regular appointments with your doctor. This is so your doctor can check on your progress. Inform your doctor if you have liver disease.
