How to use Zambri Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zambri 10mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Zambri Tablet works Zambri 10mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Zambri 10mg Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Zambri 10mg Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Zambri 10mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Information regarding the use of Zambri 10mg Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.
Zambri 10mg Tablet may cause dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

If a dose of Zambri 10mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
