This pain-relieving action may damage the inner lining of the stomach. Therefore, this medicine also has Magnesium Trisilicate as one of its active ingredients, which reduces the acid secretion in our stomach, thereby reducing the damage caused by the painkillers. To obtain the maximum benefit, follow the prescribed instructions precisely. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Z Flam Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Magnesium Trisilicate and Paracetamol which relieve pain. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Z Flam Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Driving

Liver

Caution Advised: Z Flam Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Z Flam Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Z Flam Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Z Flam Tablet is used to treat various painful conditions. Z Flam Tablet should be taken with, or straight after, a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking Z Flam Tablet. If you have asthma, symptoms such as wheeze or breathlessness might become worse by Z Flam Tablet. If this happens to you, consult your doctor immediately.
