How to use Vorth XT Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Vorth XT 20mg/2mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Vorth XT Tablet works Vorth XT 20mg/2mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Valdecoxib and Tizanidine, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Valdecoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Vorth XT 20mg/2mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Vorth XT 20mg/2mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Vorth XT 20mg/2mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vorth XT 20mg/2mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver function tests are recommended before the start of treatment and then on a regular basis as advised.
If a dose of Vorth XT 20mg/2mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
