How Voglimit MF Tablet works Voglimit MF Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines:.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Voglimit MF Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Voglimit MF Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Voglimit MF Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Voglimit MF Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.However, patients should be alerted to the risk of hypoglycemia when it is used in combination with other antidiabetic agents such as sulfonylureas, insulin, and repaglinide.
Voglimit MF Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Voglimit MF Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Voglimit MF Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
There is limited information available on the use of Voglimit MF Tablet in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Voglimit MF Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
