It usually starts to work within a few minutes and the effects can last up to several hours. Do not stop using it unless you are advised to by your doctor.

How to use Vent SF Capsule Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Vent SF Capsule works Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate. Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Fluticasone Propionate is a steroid. It works by stopping the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule as it is deemed unsafe.
Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Vent SF 50mg/250mg Capsule is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
