It can also help reduce symptoms such as confusion, uncontrollable jerking movements, loss of awareness, and fear or anxiety. It can take a few weeks for this medicine to work (because the dose has to be increased slowly) and during this time you may still have seizures. Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Vap 200 mg Tablet CR as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Vap 200 mg Tablet CR is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Vap 200 mg Tablet CR is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Not Safe: Vap 200 mg Tablet CR may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Vap 200 mg Tablet CR is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vap 200 mg Tablet CR may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Caution Advised: Vap 200 mg Tablet CR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vap 200 mg Tablet CR may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Vap 200 mg Tablet CR is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Vap 200 mg Tablet CR is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
