It also blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort. Take Ultraspas Tablet as prescribed to get maximum benefit. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a more active and better quality of life.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ultraspas Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Ultraspas Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol and Tramadol. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Ultraspas Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Ultraspas Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Ultraspas Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Ultraspas Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Ultraspas Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Ultraspas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ultraspas Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Ultraspas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ultraspas Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Ultraspas Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Ultraspas Tablet. Inform your doctor if you are taking any antidepressants or if you have severe breathing problems.
