This helps the blood flow freely around your body thereby preventing a heart attack or stroke (or deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism). Follow your doctor?s instructions carefully and make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthy and staying active) to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. Alcohol

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Driving

Kidney

Caution Advised: Tiroban 5mg Infusion should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tiroban 5mg Infusion may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Tiroban 5mg Infusion should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tiroban 5mg Infusion may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Tiroban 5mg Infusion is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If a dose of Tiroban 5mg Infusion is missed, it's advisable to consult your doctor.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

It increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails or using sharp objects. Notify your doctor if you see blood in your vomit, urine or stool (black, tarry stools or bright red blood).
