How to use Teldix LN Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Teldix LN Tablet 10mg/40mg can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Teldix LN Tablet works Teldix LN Tablet 10mg/40mg is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and Telmisartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Teldix LN Tablet 10mg/40mg as it is deemed unsafe.
Teldix LN Tablet 10mg/40mg is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
