How to use Tanspas-P Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tanspas-P Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Tanspas-P Tablet works Tanspas-P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine and Paracetamol, which relieves abdominal pain. Drotaverine is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves spasms associated with smooth muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.
