It helps relieve symptoms of allergic eye disease such as redness, swelling, itching, and watering of eyes. This medicine works by decreasing the production of certain chemicals that cause inflammation. This will make it easier for you to go about your daily activities. Use it as prescribed to get the most benefit. If you see no improvement even after 2 weeks, talk to your doctor. Organ rejection happens when your immune system treats the new organ as an invader and attacks it. This medicine weakens your immune response (which usually fights infection) and reduces the chance of your body attacking the transplanted organ. It is used in combination with other medicines to make it much more likely that your transplant operation will be successful. You should continue taking the medicine and should not stop it until your doctor says so.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. If a dose of Tacrefite LS Eye Ointment is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

You have been prescribed Tacrefite LS Eye Ointment to treat inflammation (redness and swelling) due to allergies of the eye. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using Tacrefite LS Eye Ointment and wait at least 15 minutes before putting your lenses back in. Do not touch the tip to any surface, or to your eye, to avoid contamination. It may cause minor burning, stinging, or irritation in the eye. Inform your doctor if this does not go away. Consult your doctor if your eye condition has not improved after two weeks of treatment or if it gets worse. Continuous long-term use of the ointment should be avoided.
