You have been prescribed Sur-D Oral Suspension to prevent vomiting and to reduce acidity. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Avoid taking any antacid at least 2 hours before or after taking Sur-D Oral Suspension. Incorporate the folowing lifestyle changes in order to prevent acidity.Make sure you eat regular meals and drink plenty of water.Avoid spicy and fatty fried food.Lose weight if you are obese.If you are a smoker, consider giving up.Don't drink too much alcohol.o not go to bed immediately after taking a meal. Sit in a relaxed position for some time for better digestion.
