In Bacterial infections Supime 500 mg/250 mg Injection works by killing bacteria which can cause bacterial infections. It is used to treat many different types of bacterial infections. It is given by a doctor or nurse into a vein and should not be self-administered. Supime 500 mg/250 mg Injection usually makes you feel better very quickly but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Supime 500 mg/250 mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Cefepime and Sulbactam. Cefepime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which blocks the action of enzymes produced by bacteria to inactivate cefepime. Addition of Sulbactam reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefepime against bacteria.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Supime 500 mg/250 mg Injection as it is deemed unsafe.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Supime 500 mg/250 mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Supime 500 mg/250 mg Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
