It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Ranitidine is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Ranex DC 20mg/100mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Ranex DC 20mg/100mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
