How it works
How Raflozon-S Injection works Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection is a combination of two medicines: Ceftriaxone and Tazobactum. Ceftriaxone is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Tazobactum is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Ceftriaxone against bacteria.
Safe: No harmful side effects are associated with consuming alcohol alongside Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection
Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
There is limited information available on the use of Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection in patients with kidney disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Dose adjustment of Raflozon-S 1.5gm Injection is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
